A girl was shocked to discover a man sleeping surrounded by empty bottles, cans and garbage as she considered rental properties. Kaite Elliot was viewing properties for her and her buddy when she got here throughout the aftermath of a celebration in one of many properties. But that wasn't all, as Ms Elliot continued viewing the home in Newcastle with the "embarrassed" property agent, the remainder of the house was "just as bad".

Ms Elliot was filming the house tour to indicate her buddy however after the unusual expertise, shared it on TikTok.

Footage confirmed a person asleep on the couch half lined by a quilt and surrounded by empty beer and vodka bottles in addition to garbage littered on the ground.

Katie mentioned the letting agent had warned her the property was "extremely dirty" and "that they were really struggling with it".

The 24-year-old added: “I didn't expect it to be that bad. You could tell she was embarrassed and she was talking about how ridiculous it was.

“The guy on the sofa didn't even notice us, I think he was just fast asleep to be honest.

“However, it was 12pm so it wasn't even that early in the day.”

The remainder of the house did not look rather more promising as Katie added: "It just me who viewed it but the rest of the house was just as bad too.

“There was a guy in one of the bedrooms that was arguing with the woman about the mess not being his as he's not there that often as well.”

Katie and her friends opted against the house and thought the people living their could have been students from either Northumbria or Newcastle University.

Katie added: "It may need been okay as soon as all cleaned up however two of the rooms have been tiny so it didn’t go well with us.

“The letting agent simply stored saying I can solely ask you to attempt to look previous the mess.

“I'm not undoubtedly certain as my buddy booked the viewing however I feel it was college students dwelling there then.

Since Katie shared the footage on social media it has racked up over a million and nearly 80,000 likes and greater than 900 feedback.
