Hitler speech performed on Austrian practice’s loudspeaker, as two are charged

Two Austrian males have been charged after speeches by Nazi chief Adolf Hitler had been reportedly performed on a practice’s loudspeaker system.

“Heil Hitler” and “sieg heil” had been among the many phrases allegedly heard over the system on a practice travelling between Bregenz and Vienna, Austrian news service APA reported.

An Austrian Green Party MP, who was on the practice, tweeted “In the RailJet 661, several calls of “Sieg Heil” have just been broadcast through the loudspeaker system! The train attendant completely helpless.

“I hope there will probably be a report and clarification as quickly as potential!”

He added in a reply to another Twitter user: “First utterly mindless stuff, even humorous stuff and out of the blue a Hitler speech and shouts of salvation. It was fairly disturbing. The practice attendant did not know what to do anymore.”

The suspects, who haven’t been named, had been tracked down by police who checked out video from cameras on board the practice.

Spreading Nazi propaganda in Austria is a legal offence.

They are suspected to be behind two different comparable incidents final week within the nation, though it’s unclear whether or not they concerned Nazi slogans.

According to APA, the pair are thought to have opened the conductor’s intercom cabins with a key owned by rail workers.
