Putin ‘compares himself to Hitler’ in deranged rant evaluating Poland to Ukraine

Vladimir Putin apparently appeared to match himself to Adolf Hitler in a deranged rant the place he appeared to be evaluating Poland in 1939 to Ukraine.

During a prolonged interview with the previous Fox News host Tucker Carlson, the Russian president asserted that in 1939, the Poles compelled Hitler to launch an assault in opposition to them. A stark metaphor during which he appeared to be evaluating Poland in WW2 to Ukraine in 2022.

Putin acknowledged that Hitler merely sought to “fulfill his ambitions”, portraying Poland as “unwilling to cooperate” and as having “compelled” Hitler to provoke the assault, thus igniting World War II. Putin has frequently blamed Ukraine and the West for forcing him to invade Ukraine and launch the battle.

During the weird comparability, the Russian chief held Poland accountable for initiating the worldwide battle by collaborating with German chief Adolf Hitler. He pointed to Germany’s invasion of Poland as proof of Poland’s culpability.

He mentioned: “Before World War 2, Poland cooperated with Hitler. Despite not acquiescing to Hitler’s demands, Poland engaged in the division of Czechoslovakia alongside Hitler.

“By withholding the Danzig corridor from Germany and overstepping boundaries, Poland inadvertently provoked Hitler into initiating World War 2 by launching an attack against them. Why was it Poland against whom the war started, on September 1, 1939? Poland turned out to be uncompromising, and Hitler had nothing to do but start implementing his plans with Poland.”

However, historians generally attribute the outbreak of World War II to the Nazis’ aggressive expansionism, characterised by their invasion of neighbouring nations beneath Hitler’s management.

The choice to invade Poland adopted Hitler’s earlier army actions, together with the occupation of Austria and the annexation of Czechoslovakia, now Czechia, actions that went unchallenged by the worldwide neighborhood.

Many view these actions as setting a precedent that emboldened Hitler to pursue additional invasions.

The Russian president moreover acknowledged that he harboured “no intention” of launching assaults on Poland or Latvia, emphasising that such actions would solely happen in response to an assault on Russia by both nation.

“It defies logic to engage in a global conflict, which would inevitably push humanity to the brink of destruction. This is evident,” he asserted.

However, it is value noting that in January 2022, Putin declared he had no intentions of invading Ukraine, mere days earlier than deploying tanks and troops throughout the border.
