Putin ‘has signed personal dying warrant if he had Prigozhin killed’

Vladimir Putin has “signed his own death warrant” if he’s behind the suspected dying of Wagner Group chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, a former Colonel within the British Army has mentioned.
