Girl pressured to wash down aircraft seat after traveller’s ‘unhygienic etiquette’

A passenger on a latest flight to Vietnam started to really feel in poor health and “dizzy” after the person behind her put his naked toes up on her armrest.

Pornpreeya Keng, 27, was touring from Bangkok, Thailand, to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on September 2, in keeping with Viral Press.

While on the flight, Keng smelled one thing foul – upon trying all the way down to her proper, she seen that the person behind her within the window seat had put his naked foot up on her armrest.

She stated the passenger continued to maneuver round, apparently looking for a cushty sleeping place.

Keng determined to report the second on her cellphone, as she didn’t need to straight confront the individual about his unhealthy manners.

In the video, the person’s toes could be seen propped up on her armrest. Keng then used a menthol nasal inhaler to attempt to eliminate the odor of the toes.

She advised Viral Press: “I tried to shift in my seat to make him aware of my discomfort, but he didn’t notice me.”

She stated she signalled to a flight attendant, who then requested the passenger to take away his toes from the armrest – he finally complied.

Keng stated: “His feet were smelly and dirty – I felt it was unhygienic to have them on the armrest.”

She then wiped down her seat, as seen within the video.

Keng added that passengers want to coach themselves on “proper flight etiquette” and inform flight attendants in related conditions.

Jacqueline Whitmore, a Florida-based etiquette professional, stated the barefoot passenger’s actions have been “extremely impolite.”

Whitmore stated: “The disgruntled passenger should have either politely asked the man to remove his feet from the armrest immediately or alerted a flight attendant as soon as it was safe to move about the cabin.

“People forget to pack their manners when they travel.”
