Commuters ‘faint’ on sweltering District Line prepare after being caught for hours

Paramedics have attended the scene as commuters report rising temperatures within the crowded carriage.

“As a result, London Overground services are currently unable to run to / from Richmond. Trains may be cancelled or revised.”
