Man arrested after automobile crashed into Downing Street gates launched beneath investigation

A person arrested after a automobile crashed into the gates of Downing Street has been launched beneath investigation, the Metropolitan Police has stated.

The 43-year-old man was detained on the scene of the crash on suspicion of prison harm and harmful driving.

He was taken into custody however has has since been launched beneath investigation.

The silver Kia automobile crashed into the gates at round 4.20pm on Thursday. There have been no experiences of any accidents.
