‘Huge explosions’ in heard in Ukrainian metropolis
Huge explosions have been reported within the Ukrainian metropolis of Pavlohrad. Residents are being urged to stay indoors.
The metropolis’s Facebook page is warning residents to remain in secure locations till they hear the all clear siren. The announcement instructs individuals to “take care of your own safety”.
Unconfirmed stories of a large missile strike in a residential space and unverified video footage started circulating on social media late on Sunday evening.
The explosions had been additionally reported by the mayor of Pavlohrad, Anatoliy Vershina, in line with the Kyiv Independent.
Pavlohrad is an industrial metropolis in Ukraine positioned 75km to the east of regional capital Dnipro, near Donbas.
