A suspect has appeared in courtroom charged with the homicide of a person in Edinburgh.

Peter Mullen, 30, was discovered with severe accidents after emergency providers had been known as to a disturbance within the metropolis’s Leith Street, close to Greenside Row, at round 7.45pm on Friday.

He was taken by ambulance to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, the place he died a short while later.

Dylan Curran, 23, was later arrested and charged by Police Scotland in reference to Mr Mullen’s demise.

Curran, of Bonnyrigg in Midlothian, made no plea to the homicide cost when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Tuesday.

Curran was remanded in custody and is due again within the dock inside the subsequent eight days.
