Members of the insurgent group Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) stormed Lhubiriha secondary school in Mpondwe at round 11.30pm native time on Friday.
The assailants burned a dormitory, looted meals and kidnapped individuals throughout the assault.
Mpondwe-Lhubiriha mayor Selevest Mapoze stated these killed embrace 38 pupils, one guard and two members of the area people who have been shot outdoors the college.
