Tiree Music Festival cancelled and followers stranded in ferry terminal throughout ‘excessive climate’

More than 100 individuals needed to shelter in a single day in a ferry terminal after a music pageant was cancelled throughout extreme climate.

The MV Clansman ferry was round half-hour away from the island of Tiree, within the Inner Hebrides, on Thursday night when the Tiree Music Festival was axed as a consequence of robust winds and rain.

Tiree Music Festival organisers stated it was “hugely disappointing” to need to cancel the occasion, including they didn’t take the choice calmly.
