The 52-year-old former Netherlands, Fulham and Manchester United goalkeeper was taken to an intensive care unit on Friday.
Ajax tweeted an replace on Saturday, saying: “Edwin van der Sar will remain in intensive care for the time being. His condition is stable but still concerning.

Van der Sar is reportedly being handled in a hospital in Croatia, the place he was on vacation.
