Police trying to find a lacking walker in North Wales have discovered a physique.

North Wales Police had beforehand issued an attraction to assist discover the person, identified solely as Daniel.

Officers from the drive and colleagues within the Mountain Rescue Team had been concerned within the search.

In an replace, police stated the physique of a person had been found on Monday evening within the Carneddau space of Eryri (Snowdonia).

Formal identification has not but taken place however police say Daniel’s household have been knowledgeable and are being stored updated.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police stated: “Officers and the Mountain Rescue Team colleagues searching for missing walker Daniel have sadly discovered the body of a man last night in the Carneddau area.”
