Cardiff: Crash survivor Shane Loughlin charged with harmful driving on evening of collision
One of the survivors of a deadly crash in Cardiff has been charged with harmful driving and driving whereas disqualified.
Shane Andrew Loughlin, 32, of the Rumney space of Cardiff, will seem at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The alleged offences occurred on the M4 at round 10pm on 3 March.
South Wales Police say the offences are usually not related with the crash that occurred later that evening at 2.03am.
Driver Rafel Jeanne and passengers Darcy Ross and Eve Smith died within the deadly collision within the early hours of 4 March.
Officers recognized the alleged offences whereas investigating the deadly collision and police say they concerned the identical automobile.
Sophie Russon – one other passenger within the automobile – additionally survived the crash.
