Man charged with homicide of council employee who was shot in Liverpool
man has been charged with the homicide of a council employee who was shot within the again backyard of her residence.
Ian Fitzgibbon, 28, was charged with the homicide of Ashley Dale, who was discovered with a gunshot wound within the again backyard of her residence in Old Swan, Liverpool, on August 21 final 12 months.
Fitzgibbon was arrested by the Spanish National Police and extradited from Spain, with the help of the NCA’s National Extradition Unit, on Thursday afternoon on a Trade and Co-operation settlement, Merseyside Police mentioned.

He will seem at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Sean Zeisz, 27, Niall Barry, 26, James Witham, 41, and Joseph Peers, 28, have been charged with Ms Dale’s homicide and are as a result of stand trial on October 2.
