Putin humiliated once more as Moscow hit by one more drone strike

Russia has been humiliated once more with Ukraine drone strikes hitting Moscow, inflicting town to close down its airports for the third time in over per week.

Last night time, the Kremlin claimed it had foiled an in a single day drone assault.

But within the morning, plumes of thick black smoke have been seen towering over a raging fireplace.

The assault compelled three main airports close to town to close down, based on Russian state media.

Kremlin officers closed Vnukovo, Sheremetyovo and Domodedovo airports, which offer civilians with home and worldwide flights.

The Moscow mayor, Sergei Sobyanin wrote on Telegram: “Tonight, air defence forces destroyed a drone on approach to Moscow in the Istrinskii district.

“Preliminarily, there have been no casualties or injury. Emergency companies are engaged on the positioning.”

Ukrainian authorities have not confirmed they were behind the attack, reported the Associated Press.

Russia has been struck by near-daily drone attacks on its capital amid the Ukrainian counteroffensive, which has seen Zelensky’s forces push deeper into occupied territory with various on-the-ground attacks and bombing raids.

Ukraine has notably been hitting key Russian targets close to the Black Sea. This week, it took out two of Putin’s advanced missile carriers which have been understood to be holding lethal supersonic missiles.

And on Wednesday, one other drone strike hit a constructing beneath development within the Russian capital’s monetary district.

Kyiv has stated the assaults are to display its potential to assault the capital and hold Putin’s unlawful struggle on the forefront of the minds of the Russian elites, and others who need to ignore the continued struggle.
