ULEZ cameras doused in purple paint on first day making them ‘ineffective’

ULEZ cameras have been vandalised on the primary day of the expanded zone rollout.

Pictures have emerged of the units doused in purple paint, obscuring their view of visitors coming into the controversial expanded zone at Cray Avenue in Orpington.

Two of the 4 cameras on the street had been obscured, rendering them ineffective as the brand new zone got here into impact as we speak, August 29.
