PM conveys to China ‘vital considerations’ about interference in UK parliamentary democracy – No 10
Rishi Sunak has conveyed to China’s premier his “significant concerns” about Chinese interference within the UK’s parliamentary democracy, based on No 10.
It comes after two men were arrested beneath the Official Secrets Act amid reviews a parliamentary researcher spied for China.
The researcher has hyperlinks to a number of senior Tory MPs and has been arrested on suspicion of spying for China, based on The Sunday Times.
