New value conflict grows between Aldi and Waitrose as inflation slows
Aldi and Waitrose have introduced a swathe of value cuts, intensifying a value conflict between main supermarkets as inflation eases.
The finances retailer has slashed the value of round one-third of its produce vary, with 55 objects falling by a mean of round 11 %.
