In a press release on Thursday, Kent Police stated: “On Saturday 26 August 2023, officers arrested a 31-year-old man from Swanley on suspicion of drug driving, careless driving, driving without insurance and driving while displaying false number plates, on the A2 near Dartford.
“He has since been bailed until 26 November 2023.”
