Tom Daley’s husband, Dustin Lance Black, is going through trial in August accused of assaulting a lady in a London nightclub.

He appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, a courtroom official confirmed.
Black is charged with assaulting Edwardes by beating at Freedom nightclub in Soho, in line with courtroom papers.
He pleaded not responsible to the cost and was granted unconditional bail forward of a trial on 8 August.
