Judge Mark Bury mentioned: “You committed a grotesque breach of trust, stealing from your vulnerable mother when you had the trust of the courts because you were an enduring power of attorney.

“You used cash to your personal benefit, petrol in your automobile, vet’s payments, meals out, procuring and holidays. This was grasping in your half and extremely offensive to members of your loved ones that you simply have been successfully stealing out of your aged and infirm mom.

Walton was jailed for 2 years and Lowe one 12 months.
